Sub Juniors (8-10 years): Tuesday 4.00 – 6.30 pm
Juniors (11-13 years): Monday 5.00 – 8.00 pm
Intermediates (14-16 years): Monday 5.30 – 8.30 pm
Seniors (17 years plus): Tuesday 6.30 – 9.30 pm

If you’re looking for a team sport that encourages development, has lots of variety in disciplines of dance, flexibility, apparatus and drama then Brindabella Calisthenics College is for you.

Cali-dance is open to ages four and above and once in a team, members also have the opportunity to perform in solo and duo competitions and represent the ACT at Nationals.

What is Cali-dance?

Cali-dance is an exciting performing sport that can be enjoyed by everyone. It includes ballet, marching, gymnastics, singing, theatre, dancing and apparatus.

In other words: IT’S EVERYTHING!

Brindabella Calisthenics College conducts classes for participants of all ages. Classes range from 90 minutes to 3 hours in duration and are held in the hall at Charles Conder Primary School, 134 Tom Roberts Avenue, Conder. Our emphasis is on improvement, participation and teamwork.

Brindabella Calisthenics College has an experienced accredited level one coaching team. The College also offers Cadetships for experienced calisthenics participants to train and become coaches.

Brindabella Calisthenics College is supported by volunteers who make up the committee, which provides administration and financial support to coaches and participants.
