*Fees include the Cali ACT registration fee, coaching, hall hire, costumes, weekend workshop, apparatus hire, competition entry fees, and ticketing levy allowing free entry to spectators for Cali ACT competitions. It does not include BCC uniforms, training leotards, and personal items needed for competitions such as underwear, eyelashes, hair pins, and make-up.
Invoicing
Each registered participant is entitled to a two-week trial period. Your first invoice will be issued after Week 3, on 18 February 2024.
Invoices must be fully paid within 7 days of issue using one of the following payment methods: Bank transfer, direct debit, or credit card payment.
The frequency of your invoices depends on your chosen payment plan: Year, Term, Monthly or Fortnightly. All 2024 accounts must be paid by Sunday, 22 September 2024.
A volunteer levy of $50 is charged to each family on the first invoice. The levy is immediately reimbursed when a family member volunteers at a Cali ACT competition or other approved activity.
